Candidates for this opportunity must have Automotive F&I Manager experience, and an ability to lead and mentor within a team atmosphere.
Job Description: Finance Managers are responsible for introducing customers to the dealership's financing opportunities, selling insurance alternatives, vehicle service contracts, and other ancillary benefits. While providing exceptional customer service to ensure an easy and enjoyable car buying experience. This is a performance-based pay scale; a high level of performance will be rewarded. Additional training will be provided to ensure your success.
Assets crucial to success in this role:
Ability to build value in benefits offered in F&I; the right way.
Secure the sale – Talk to each customer at point of sale and determine best financing options
Present and build additional value in all F&I benefits the customer qualifies for 100% of the time
Work through customer objections
Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship
Achieve monthly forecasts for F&I income, penetration levels, and customer service
Some level F&I experience required
Maintain a high customer satisfaction index (CSI)
Self-motivated and high-energy personality
Strong attention to details and works well in a process driven environment
