Nissan General Sales Manager
Kansas City, KS

A growing Automotive Group is actively searching for an experienced Nissan General Sales Manager . This candidate should have a working knowledge in new and used cars, inventory management, and customer retention. Prior experience as a Finance Director and Sales Manager is preferred. The General Sales Manager is expected to uphold high ethical standards, have excellent customer service, and create a positive sales environment.


  • Identify coaching needs and promote training opportunities
  • Hire, mentor, and monitor the performance of department managers
  • Set an example of professionalism through actions and appearance
  • Ensure target revenues are met or exceeded
  • Responsible for managing profitability in both the new and pre-owned vehicle departments
  • Assist in developing and managing an effective advertising and marketing plan
  • Responsible for developing a productive relationship throughout the dealership
  • Be the biggest promoter of customer service index (CSI) throughout the dealership
  • Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, lenders, vendors, and customers

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
